Monday 6:00 p.m. Hatha Flow (A)

A gentle class taught from the heart.  a class for every "body".  attention will be given to form and time given in poses to help find more depth or opening within the body.  

This is a beginner and all level class

Monday 10:00 a.m. Hatha Flow with Pranayama(A)

Hatha flow focusing on various points of the body for strength building.  Static and dynamic flows to tone and build muscle. Sequences ending with re- centering and breathing.

Tuesday 8:45 a.m. HATHA RESTORATIVE (A/B)

This class is restorative poses.  Slow restorative meditative poses leading into the 10 a.m. class for those who wish to continue to a full 2 hour session on Tuesday mornings.  Come to this class and go into the 10 a.m. class free of charge.

This is a beginner and all level class

Tuesday 10 a.m. HATHA FLOW(A/B)

Learn gradually the Cosmic Secret of Youth in this class going through the asana or poses more thoroughly so you may enjoy the flow of the Thursday 10 a.m. COSMIC SECRET OF YOUTH class more effectively.  Learn the sequences that connect mind and body covering asana/poses that can keep you young, healthy and strong in mind and in body.

 

This class is a beginner and all level class

Tuesday 12 noon Hatha Metabolic Wellness (A)

This class boosts metabolic health and well-being.  Twist back time as we open our bodies to efficient metabolic wellness.  A wonderful class for all levels!!
 

Tuesday 4:00 p.m.

SLOW FLOW(A)

Flow through postures at a slow and steady pace, emphasizing breath and relaxation with every movement.  Increase strength, flexibility and balance, while learning to be mindful of the present moment.  This class is great for beginners.

 

Tuesday 5:30 to 6:30 and VINYASA Yoga (A)

Vinyasa is a sequence of poses, linking breath with movement. Students of all levels can expect to sweat and detoxify the system. Many sun salutations are incorporated to help  build heat, fitness, and flow.

Tuesday 6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m Mind-Body Balancing(A)

“A healthy life is a life in balance.”  Awaken balance in your body and mind through practice of a flow of balancing postures and sequences combined with core and spine strengthening, and hip opening postures.  Notice how achieving stillness in your body will help achieve stillness in your mind.  All levels are welcome.

Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. VINYASA(A)

Sun-Flow Yoga (Moderate Intensity)
Whether your are an avid athlete, hard-working professional or on-the-go mom (all three?) - come in and balance your regime.  Yoga postures flow together to invigorate your day. This class is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Safety is the foundation of this class in order to facilitate all other physical endeavors. Come early for silent meditation and receive final savasana (restoration) at the end of class.

 

 

Wednesday 10 a.m. COSMIC SECRET OF YOUTH(AD)

A Hatha Flow Class with Earth Salutations, Sun Salutation and Moon Salutations with some modification.  Work every muscle in your body and bring oxygen to every cell in your body.  Connect mind and body covering asana/poses that can keep you young, healthy and strong in mind and in body.

 

This is an advance class in only that it is good to know the sequences before coming to this class.  Learn these sequences more gradually in the Tues. 10 a.m. class.

Wednesday 12 noon Mid-day Bliss (A)

This class is restorative poses.  Restorative meditative poses  rejuvenate the body as we take a mid-day break for bliss.  This is a requested class for those who enjoy the restorative aspects of yoga.  This  class is for students of all levels of experience but a comfortable choice for those who need more attention to modification and have limitations. 

This is a beginner and all level class

 

 

Wednesday 4 p.m. Monkey yoga

Ages 6-12

Like its name suggests, this class is fun yoga for young people. Stories, songs, games, and affirmations will be woven through practice. This class will teach children how to be comfortable with their bodies. A time for making friends and learning about our positive aspects. Monkeying around is approved.

This class is a beginner and all level class

This  class includes some restorative aspects of yoga to wind down from a busy day and transition into an active evening.  This  class is for students of all levels of experience.

 

Thursday 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m HATHA (A)

 

Hatha Yoga: Come and delight in this gentle balancing sequence.  This class is intended for all ages and levels.  Both beginners as well as advanced yogi's will be offered modifications to supplement, encourage, and balance one's own personal practice
